Easy Tuna Patties

 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 10 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained

  • 3 tablespoons diced onion

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

     

    Directions

     

    Step 01

    In a bowl, combine eggs, lemon juice, and bread crumbs. Stir in Parmesan cheese to form a paste. Once the tuna and onion are thoroughly incorporated, add black pepper and blend.


    Step 02
    8 1-inch-thick patties of the tuna mixture should be formed using your hands.

    Step 03
    In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Fry patties in the heated oil for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
