Easy Tuna Patties
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
10 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
3 tablespoons diced onion
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Step 01
In a bowl, combine eggs, lemon juice, and bread crumbs. Stir in Parmesan cheese to form a paste. Once the tuna and onion are thoroughly incorporated, add black pepper and blend.

8 1-inch-thick patties of the tuna mixture should be formed using your hands.Step 03
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Fry patties in the heated oil for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.Image by freepik.com
