Super Easy Chicken Fingers

Making these strips couldn't be simpler. They are a favorite among my family. They also taste great in sandwiches made with buns or bread.




Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite size pieces

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 ¼ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs


  • Directions

    Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).


    Chicken pieces should first be rolled in melted butter or margarine, then in breadcrumbs.


    For around 10 minutes, bake the chicken fingers in the preheated oven. When they are brown and a fork can easily pierce them, turn them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. willing to service!
